We appreciate your participation in our research and we value your opinion. But if you do not want to participate in the future, we of course understand and respect your decision. To opt-out, please email us at contact@opinionology.com to be placed on our no-contact list and include the phone number in the body of the email.

Answers to your questions:

1. I'm on the Do Not Call list so why did you call me?

The US Federal Do Not Call List and the Canadian Do Not Call List apply to telemarketers, telemarketing, and sellers or promoters of goods and services. SSI only conducts legitimate marketing, survey, and opinion research and is therefore excluded from coverage.

2. How long does it take to remove my number from your lists? Will I get any more calls from you?

It will take up to 5 business days to process and remove your number from all active survey research projects. We apologize if you receive any calls during this period.

3. Can I change my mind in the future?

We will be happy to welcome you back in the future. Simply send an email to contact@opinionology.com including your telephone number.

4. Who is Opinionology?

Opinionology is a brand of Survey Sampling International, LLC ("SSI"), a company which helps researchers listen to and access people's opinions.
